Made-To-Order Stairways

Prefabricated Stairs: Higher Quality, Lower Cost.

At Rising Stairways, our team has over a century of joint experience building prefabricated staircases and handrails. Our made-to-order stairways combine quality, speed, and cost-efficiency without the hassle or defects of the “market standard” rough framed staircases. We build straight, floating, curved, and cantilevered staircases completely in our shop. After they’re checked for quality, we can delivered or install them in your home with ease. This streamlined process reduces costs and limits disruption in your space. Gain a custom look and feel without the extended timeline or hefty price tag of on-site construction. Our team works with wood, metal, and glass, to tailor a solution to your unique style and needs. Whether you want a modern look, or a classic style, we’d love to make your staircase a cut above the rest.

Prefabricated Staircase Examples

Floating Alpine Staircase

This completely stain grade red oak alpine stair combines warmth and modern staircase design. Unlike inferior field built copies, this staircase design has routes cut into the 3″ stringers, supporting the treads without brackets.

Horizontal Bar Balusters

Helping to lighten the look of these stairs, these black horizontal bars add a deal of sophistication to the handrail. Note the tight, evenly spaced baluster bores which were cut perfectly on our CNC machine.

Self Supporting Circular Stair

It’s no secret that crafting circular staircase takes time. Even the most skilled teams can take weeks to months to bend or carve custom circular stairways. At Rising Stairways, we take that time off of your job-site, and spend it in our shop instead. Once it’s assembled, we prefer to drop it right into place in one piece. Occasionally, we will assemble our curved stairs on-site in case the door is too small!

Endless Design

As you can see, our prefabricated stairways are limited only by imagination!
